Are the homes furnished?
Yes. Our homes are furnished and set up for everyday living. Exactly what is included, such as linens, Wi-Fi and utilities, varies by home, and we confirm it in writing before you sign.
Do you allow pets?
Pet terms vary by home. Mention your pets in your request and we'll tell you which homes fit. Service animals are handled separately from pet terms.
Is parking included?
Options vary from street parking to driveways and covered spaces. Tell us about work trucks, trailers or several vehicles so we can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Is laundry available?
Most of our places have laundry, either in the unit or in the building. It varies by home, and charges can apply.
How much does a stay cost?
Prices depend on the home, the length of your stay and your dates, so we don't post a single rate. We quote each home in writing before you commit, and nothing is booked until you sign.
Do you screen renters?
Yes. We verify identity and run a standard screening for every adult on the agreement, the same way for everyone.

Since making Detroit our home in 2013, we've built a collection of rental homes across Metro Detroit, from furnished apartments to entire houses.
