Privacy and texting terms

What we collect

When you send a request, we receive the answers you give: the areas, timing, and size you're looking for, your name, and the phone number or email you choose. We use them only to reply to you about housing or your property.

Who sees it

Move In Metro and the tools we use to receive requests (our email and team chat). If a home owned by a local partner fits, we may share your housing needs with that owner, but not your contact details without asking you first. We never sell your information.

Texting

If you check the texting box, you agree that MoveInMetro may text you about your request at the number you gave. We don't send marketing texts. Message frequency depends on your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts, or HELP for help. Consent to texting is never a condition of renting.

Removing your information

Email [email protected] and we'll delete what you sent us.
